We are a cash-based clinic and do not accept insurance. We do this to avoid limitations set by insurance companies (delays due to insurance authorization requirements, visit limitations, potential denials, etc) and we would like to determine your plan of care with you and not your insurance company. We would like to have the number of visits that you need as well as spend a sufficient amount of time with you during each session. We can provide a bill to you that you may file with your insurance company. Payment is required at the time of service.

Print and complete the intake formsObtain and bring a copy of your X-ray. If you do not have one, your primary care physician can order one for you. An X-Ray is necessary for us to accurately diagnose your curve type and determine your exercise prescription.Wear comfortable athletic clothing and a sports bra is recommended for females (we need to see your back!)If you are comfortable, we may take photos/videos to help determine your curve type, assist with your education, and document your progress.
